Student Registration
​To attend Sinclair S.S. you must live within the boundaries as set by the DDSB.

Registration appointments take place on specific days of the semester, as determined by need.  It may take up to one week to coordinate the appointment from the initial contact.  Please contact Student Services via email as soon as possible to get the process started.
1.  Possible registration dates are set by administration and you will be provided with possible options. Please provide the following information when sending an email: Parent/Guardian Name, Student Name, New Home Address, Current School and Current Grade. Email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 2. Print the following forms and checklist in preparation for your registration appointment:

3. Ensure that all the documentation listed on the Registration Documentation Checklist is completed in full and submitted to Student Services at the time of the scheduled appointment. If any documentation is missing, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

4. A PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST be present with the STUDENT at the registration appointment interview.
