June 27, 2019 at 10am

Grade 12 graduates who have completed all of the requirements for graduation (30 required credits, 40 hours of community involvement activities, and the literacy requirement) are invited to attend Commencement on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the Pickering Recreation Complex Arena - Delaney Arena, Diefenbaker Court, Pickering Location Map. Students are asked to assemble at 9:00 a.m.  Doors open for guests at 9:30 a.m. with the ceremony beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Graduates are reminded to bring their cap and gown to the ceremony with them.

There will be a professional photographer at the ceremony, taking a photo of each graduate as they cross the stage.  Each graduate receives a copy of their photo as part of their graduation fee.

Due to parking availability, we would recommend that graduates and their guests carpool if possible.

If you are uncertain if you have met all of your requirements, please contact Guidance.

Invitations will be distributed to all potential grads in May.  Only students who have completed the required community service hours will be given their invitations.
